| Petra: I talk to Simon, I write to him. I
never used to write a diary. But now I'm writing a diary to him. I
think it's not just me, but lots of others, family and friends, can
still feel him around.
Petra: Paulina
Porizkova was the first Czech Chick, and she is amazing, beautiful
and has a very strong personality.
Petra (On the
tsunami): People and kids were screaming all over the place, 'Help,
help.' And after a few minutes, you didn't hear the kids anymore.
Petra: I love
to dance. I can dance for, like, four or five hours nonstop without
even drinking water. It's a beautiful, beautiful thing.
Petra (On the
tsunami): I was so broken, I couldn't walk.
Petra: Some
people, from the same injuries it takes them two years. And I've
healed in a little bit over three months. I was in Palm Springs and
I was just thinking, what is the purpose in this, what is the
meaning? It was really difficult.
Petra: Learn
from the past, look to the future, but live in the present.
Petra (On the
tsunami): It was so powerful I couldn't get up. I couldn't get out
of it.
Petra (On her
injuries suffered from the tsunami): There might be pieces of bone
stuck to my organs.
Petra: There
are lots of things which I would love to tell him, but in some way,
I also feel that I lost the person closest to me. And I got a second
chance to live. So in a way I feel that I live for both of us... and
I will do my best.
Petra: My
secret passion is motorbikes. I want a Kawasaki Ninja.
Petra: I think
all women want to feel sexy and confident yet comfortable at the
same time in what they wear.
